Shipping Policies

Our goal is to process, and ship, every order as quickly as possible -- most orders are processed in 1-4 business days. This means that you could have your new glasses within a few days.

Most orders placed before 2:30 pm EST will be processed the same day, and any orders not processed during this period will likely be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends.

Custom orders, such as Bi-focal / Progressive lenses, Hi-Index, Anti-Glare coating or the need for drilling and mounting may delay the processing times. Our processing time for custom orders is between 1-10 business days.

In rare cases, custom lenses may take up to 2-3 weeks to process due to manufacturing reasons. If there are any such delays, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Free US Shipping - our Free US Shipping option is available on all domestic orders except

   1. During exchanges
   2. When a coupon is used during checkout

Refused Packages - there will be an $8.99 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" and returned to us for US orders.

Canadian Customers

Frames4Sale.com is not responsible for any Canadian duties or taxes.

Returns: If you need to return an item, you must declare the item as “Returned Item Without Value”, otherwise you will be liable for all duties incurred by US Customs.

Refused Packages - there will be a $24.50 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" upon delivery by Canadian customers.

International Customers

You are responsible for all duties and taxes for receiving your purchase. Duties are assessed by the importing country based on the current laws governing imports; please contact your local shipping authorities for information on the current rates.

Return Policies

At Frames4Sale.com, we take great pride in the fact that customer service is our top priority. We guarantee that you will have a satisfactory-or-better experience with our company; if you encounter any problems along the way, we will do our best to fix them.

Sunglasses and eyeglass frames may be exchanged within 30-days of their shipping date. Please be aware, however -- this is a one-time exchange only.

Due to the nature of prescription lenses, these items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your frame exchange requires new lenses, we will apply a 50% credit to their cost. 

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are as follows: $7.50 to the Continental United States and $20.50 to Canada.

Please allow 3-7 business days from the time of receipt for us to process your returns.

Returns / Exchanges for Undamaged Items

Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days after your order’s shipping date. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You must include all original packaging with your returned item(s); otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Authorization - Before returning an item, you must obtain a Merchandise Authorization Form from Frames4Sale.com. Please call 1-866-969-6808 or email us at returns@frames4sale.com.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive product(s) that you did not order, or your package is missing an item that you ordered, please contact Frames4Sale customer service as soon as possible by calling us at 1-866-969-6808 or emailing us at customerservice@frames4sale.com.

If your order has extensive damage to the shipping box, please refuse the delivery from the courier and contact our customer service department immediately. In some cases, returns may need to be processed by the manufacturer.

All claims for damaged orders must be made within three business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of damaged orders.

Warranties and Repair Policies

All sunglasses and eyeglass frames carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Frames

All frames carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. The manufacturer’s warranty covers frame colors, hinges, structural design, and welding points.

Frame defects NOT covered with the warranty include, but are not limited to, damage caused by twisting, scratching, bending, being stepped on or sat upon, or gross mishandling of the frames.

Prescription Lenses

All Frames4Sale prescription lenses are treated with a scratch-resistant coating, which makes them less susceptible to scratches and other superficial damages. However, prescription lenses may still become scratched.

Because prescription lenses are special-ordered for each individual, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you may exchange a frame with prescription lenses within 30 days of the original shipping date. In cases such as these, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the same type of lenses as your original purchase, and you will be credited with, or charged for, the difference in cost between the new frames and the frames you originally purchased.
Shipping charges apply to all returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellation
 
You may cancel your order within 24 hours, without charge, of your order being placed, provided it has not been shipped. Orders cancelled 24 hours or more after purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
